Estates Management Corporation caters exclusively to the discriminating homeowner whether building your dream home, just a few alterations to your exisiting home, or utilizing our home maintenance programs.  We have a plan that we will design for you.

Ken Beer, President of Estates Management began building custom homes in 1993.  His passion for building led him to establish Estates Management Corporation to fulfill his career desires. With his exquisite building attributes and the client’s requests, he creates their dreams into a reality.  

Estates Management is an authentic building company known for taking a project from the first stages of building to the end, therefore allowing the flow of building to remain steady and consistent. Our staff is highly trained and professional as we keep up to date with new innovative building trends and products.

In 2002 Estates Management realized a need for these complex homes to be maintained once they were completed. Ken's wife Rosanne joined the team and launched a maintenance program designed specially for each individual homeowner. This program has been extremely successful, freeing the client from the endless house chores, the numerous phone calls to find a repair technician, and the countless time spent waiting and meeting with the repair technician.  This program alleviates the homeowner from being a prisoner to their own maintenance needs. 

Commercial and Remodeling are another aspect of Estates Management. We are a one stop company from building to maintaining.      

Estates Management has been awarded by the New Jersey Builder’s Association, (The Sam Award) for "Best Custom Home of the Year" and the "Best Single Family Detached Home".

The Community Builders Association of New Jersey granted Estates Management the Award of Excellence for "Single Family Home of The Year", and "Single Family Custom Home of the Year. Our staff was featured on the Front Cover of Builder/Architect Magazine.
